CranioSacral Therapy
CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle, hands on method that improves the central nervous system allowing it to better relieve stress and strengthen your resistance to disease. CST enhances the movement of cerebrospinal fluid which improves the nutrition of the central nervous system, which rules most of what is going on in the body. CST is performed with the client fully clothed and is deeply relaxing.
This is such a gentle therapy that it can be performed on women throughout their pregnancy and on newborns.
By complementing the body's natural healing processes, CST is increasingly used as a preventive health measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease, and is effective for a wide range of medical problems associated with pain and dysfunction, including:
